OUR ADVOCATES

Campus Safety has recently teamed up with the Advocates so that together we can insure that C of I students have the best learning environment possible provided for them. The Advocates consist of students who engage in hundreds of hours of training where they learn from experienced members in our community. They are skilled at helping their peers deal with the stress brought on by the challenges that college life can create, and they are also trained in how to help their peers overcome trauma.

You can visit them at their office in the Women’s and Men’s Center, located in the basement of McCain, on Mondays-Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also check them out on their Facebook page.

Our Advocates are available for our students 24/7. They can be reached anytime at 208-340-1394.

If you fail to connect with an Advocate, simply call Campus Safety (ext. 5151 on campus or 208-459-5151 off campus) and we will help locate one for you.

Don’t wait to talk about an issue that concerns you. Speak up for yourself and for your peers. Make the call.

BECOME AN ADVOCATE
