Biologist, Dr. Eric Yensen, receives grant from Zoo Boise. The Zoo Boise conservation fund supports research that focuses on projects that help protect animals found at Zoo Boise. Dr.Yensen's research is on the Idaho ground squirrel, which is a candidate for listing under the U.S. Endangered Species Act. www.zooboise.org/home.aspx |
Dr. Don Mansfield is on a full year sabbatical (09-10). Dr. Sara Heggland is the current biology department chair.
