1999-present Greater  Boise Running Club/The College of Idaho

Head  Coach and founder of the Greater Boise Running Club.

Post-Collegiate development of  distance runners at the elite, emerging elite and national class levels.  Coordinate all aspects of training and  competition including a PUMA sponsorship and travel fund raising. Instructor of  Physical Education at small liberal arts college with primary teaching  responsibilities in Sport Psychology, Nutrition and Coaching Theory.

1994-1999 Boise  State University; Boise, Idaho

Head Cross Country Coach /  Assistant Track and Field Coach

Responsible for all  aspects of the cross country program for both men and women as well as distance  events for indoor and outdoor track.   This included training, competition, travel, recruiting and budget.  Acted as the recruiting coordinator in all event areas, oversaw academic  progress/eligibility on all track and field athletes, purchased equipment and  was in charge of home meet management.

Responsible for building and entirely new program in    every aspect  including recruiting  complete cross  country and track    teams for men and  women.  Coordinated training, competition,  travel, budget,  scholarships, eligibility, facilities construction and home meet  management.
