There are many sites available on the internet relevant to the study of all areas of history. Below
are listed just a few of the many of particular relevance to the study of
Western Civilization.
Western Civilization "textbook" sources: Internet Links

Dr. Steven Kries a provides an excellent set of European history and other lectures for online
use at The History Guide.
Note specifically his Lectures
on Ancient and Medieval European History and his Lectures
on Early Modern European History. Together, they provide online
historical narratives related to most of the materials covered in this course although,
of course, with a somewhat different set of emphases from what you will get in
your classroom lectures.

Dr. Gerhard Rempel at Western New England College also provides a full set of topical
lectures on subjects in his lecture series on the history of Western
Civilization I and Western
Civilization II.

Dr. Skip Knox at Boise State University has a useful site filled with
relevant narrative review material for his
Medieval Western Civilization course.

documents spanning a wide range of periods.
