Interlibrary Loan - Book Request Form

The Terteling Library's interlibrary loan service is available to current College of Idaho students, faculty and staff, plus Friends of the Library. All others, including alumni, for whom we do not provide this service, should contact their local public library for information about the interlibrary loan services available there.

Use this form to place interlibrary loan requests for books not available in the Terteling Library. Please check the library catalog before placing requests, to be certain that the book is not available in the library's collection. For article requests, use the Article Request Form. We will attempt to obtain the requested item from libraries that do not charge fees. In most cases we are able to obtain interlibrary loan items free of charge. The library will contact you by e-mail if there will be a fee for this item and you will then be able to decide whether or not to proceed with the request.
