CALDWELL, ID- Albertson College of Idaho recently announced that Bon Appétit Management Co. will be its food service provider for onsite student dining and catering services at the college.

Bon Appétit is an onsite custom restaurant company offering full food service management by providing café and catering service to corporations, universities, and specialty venues. The California-based firm has more than 148 clients in 22 states. Founded in 1987 as a catering company, the hallmark of Bon Appétit's expertise is serving fresh, high quality food that is prepared from scratch.

Bon Appétit serves a number of other Northwest colleges, including Willamette University, Reed College, Seattle University and Lewis and Clark College. In Boise, they provide dining services at Hewlett-Packard Co.

Albertson College provides dining services for its 785 students at the Simplot Dining Hall and the McCain Student Center. In addition, the college regularly hosts catered events for the community.
