The College of Idaho will host a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) completion event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 in Covell Hall on the C of I campus in Caldwell. Financial aid and admission staff from the College will be on hand to answer questions and assist students and their families in filling out their FAFSA paperwork. All students are welcome to attend the event, free of charge, regardless of where they plan to attend college. Returning C of I students also are welcome to receive assistance with the filing process.
The College of Idaho’s priority deadline for FAFSA is Feb. 15, but students who apply afterward remain eligible to receive financial aid. February is FAFSA Completion Month in the Treasure Valley. In addition to The College of Idaho event Feb. 23, Boise State (Feb. 2), College of Western Idaho (Feb. 16) and Northwest Nazarene University (Feb. 23) are hosting FAFSA events this month.
