Springtime at The College of Idaho means music to patrons’ ears as the College’s music ensembles present their annual spring concerts to close out the semester.
Between May 2-10, there will be five free concerts held at the Langroise Recital Hall starring the C of I Chorale, Chamber Singers, Major Sixth, Wind Ensemble, Jazz Band, Chamber Music, Piano Studio groups. Each show begins at 7:30 p.m. except for May 10, which will begin at 8 p.m. Each performance is open to students and to the public.
What started as a small part of a Homecoming event two years ago has grown into an exciting opportunity for College of Idaho alumni to come together for a shared passion: making music.
The C of I Alumni & Friends Choir will hold its annual spring concert at 7:30 p.m. on April 20 in Langroise Recital Hall, performing Antonio Vivaldi’s “Gloria” under the direction of Bill Buckendorf ‘74. The concert is free and open to the public.
