netters play well in loss to Bellevue CC 

Playing against the top junior college in the Northwest, The College of Idaho women played tough in a 6-3 loss to Bellevue CC, in an early morning match in Tacoma, Wash.

The Lady Yotes grabbed a doubles' point, as Balbine Umutesi and Tanya Greenwood won at No. 3 over Julie Le and Megan Smith - but BCC won the top four spots in the singles' ladder to earn the team win.

The C of I earned a victory at No. 5 singles, as Cassie Low defeated Le 6-3, 6-3, with Umutesi completing a perfect day with a three set win over Smith - winning the third-set superbreaker, 10-6.

The Lady Yotes return to action next week with a match at Treasure Valley CC.
