lady yotes fall to #19 in NAIA POLL 

The College of Idaho women's golf team fell one spot to No. 19 in the third NAIA Top-25 Coaches' Poll of the spring, announced this afternoon by the national office in Kansas City, Mo.

It marks the fourth straight polling period that the squad has been in the Top-25, with the high point at No. 17 in the preseason rankings.

game 1 rally helps yotes sweep NW Christian 

Molly Mills two-out RBI single in the seventh inning tied Game 1, starting a four-run rally - helping The College of Idaho earn a crucial doubleheader sweep of Northwest Christian, winning 6-3 and 5-0 in Eugene, Ore.

The sweep by the No. 21 ranked Lady Yotes (27-11, 10-8 CCC) kept the squad in the hunt for the final two berths in the Cascade Conference Tournament with just six games remaining in the regular-season.

coyotes blank treasure valley CC 

The College of Idaho men's tennis team won their second-straight match, sweeping Treasure Valley Community College, 9-0, in Ontario, Ore.

The Coyotes grabbed all three doubles' points - including a solid 8-4 victory by Chenjerai Simpson and Mark Malmstrom at No. 1 over Brad Perkins and Woody Anguiano.

In singles' play, Malmstrom earned a quality 6-1, 6-2 win at No. 2 over Paul Spivey, while Taylor Gordon won his first match of the year, 6-1, 6-2 over Cristian Sanchez at No. 6.

lady yotes topple TVCC, 6-3 

A trio of three-set victories in singles' play helped The College of Idaho women knock off Treasure Valley CC, 6-3, in Ontario, Ore.

After dropping 2-of-3 doubles' points, the Lady Yotes gutted out the win in the singles' ladder.  Shae Stults started the rally at No. 1, defeating Lindsey Jones 6-4, 3-6, 1-0 - including a 10-5 win in the deciding superbreaker.  It was a similar situation at No. 2, where Hayley Hutchings defeated Melanie Ridgeway 4-6, 6-1, 1-0 (10-4 in the superbreaker).

lady yotes split another ccc twinbill 

For the sixth time in eight Cascade Conference doubleheaders, The College of Idaho split a twinbill - outlasting Eastern Oregon in extra innings, 4-2, before dropping a mercy-rule induced 8-0 decision in La Grande, Ore.
