lady yotes split pitching gems 

Offense was at a premium this afternoon at Wolfe Field, as pitchers' from The College of Idaho and Southern Oregon dominated - with the Lady Yotes earning a 1-0 victory in Game 1, with the Raiders winning Game 2, 2-0.

Tennis

coyote men win at home, top tvcc 8-1 

Playing their lone home match of the 2012 season, The College of Idaho swept all three doubles' points en route to an 8-1 victory over Treasure Valley Community College at the Laura Moore Cunningham Courts.

Both Chenjerai Simpson and Mark Malmstrom at No. 1 and Zach Buker and Thomas McMahon at No. 2 fought back from early deficits in their matches to post 8-5 victories over the Chukars.  Joel Hernandez and James Collet made quick work at No. 3, blanking Tyler Silieve and Cristian Sinchey, 8-0.

Today's women's tennis match-up between The College of Idaho and Treasure Valley Community College was rained out before its completion - according to head coach Cisco Limbago.

coyotes ranked #24 in NAIA POLL 

With three road victories last weekend, The College of Idaho surged back into NAIA Top-25 Coaches Poll for the second time this season, climbing to No. 24 in the latest tabulation, released this afternoon by the national office in Kansas City, Mo.. 

The C of I (32-12) received 130 voter points in the poll, 83 more points than last week - climbing from the fourth spot in the "others receiving votes" category.
