After four finals, an empty room, a flight to Utah, and a week with my sister, I'm back in Oregon for the summer and not feeling nearly old enough to be a college sophomore.
Now that the year is over, I can't believe how fast it went. Looking back, it wasn't what I thought it would be when I was looking forward to it this time last year. I didn't know what to expect back then, but what I got was one of the best years in memory.
I'm really going to miss living on campus while I'm away for the next few months, it really does feel like it's home. I'll miss all the fantastic people I met, and having other people live as little as 10 feet from me, and not having to cook every time I want to eat.
However, I am excited to see all my old friends, spend time with my family, work in the forest, and drive my old cruiser. The next few months will be great, but I am looking forward to being back on C of I's campus in the fall!
