After the peformance

Jay O’Callahan takes a bare stage and single-handedly transforms it into a dynamic and sensitive world filled with compelling characters. His solo performances at Abbey Theatre in Dublin, National Theatre Complex in London, the Olympics, Lincoln Center, and the Boston Symphony Orchestra have been applauded as “a theater troupe inside one body.” The family show on Sunday, September 14 at 4:00 pm will feature several stories from his Parent’s Choice and National Public Radio presentations.

Joy Steiner, a Boise-based storyteller and Log Cabin Society school resource teacher, said, “Jay is a warm and caring man who takes time to let people know they are important. His stories make me laugh and cry and feel glad to be alive.” (www.ocallahan.com)
