Albertson College Bands Present Concert to Benefit Memorial Fund

CALDWELL (Idaho)- The Albertson College of Idaho Concert Band and the CofI Instrumental Jazz Ensemble will present a special concert on Thursday, December 2 at 7:30 in the Langroise Recital Hall on the Albertson College campus. The concert is free, but donations will be accepted for the Daniel Lew Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Pieces that will be performed by the concert band include 'The Spirit of Orpheus' by Robert W. Smith, 'Insignia' by Sean O'Loughlin, and 'Don Pedro' by Johan Nijs. The CofI Concert Band is directed by Dr. Terry Stone.
The jazz ensemble, led by Sandon Mayhew, will jazz up the night with songs such as 'Come Rain or Come Shine' by Johnny Mercer, 'Speak Low' by Nash/Weill, and 'How High the Moon' by Hamilton Lewis.
