Albertson College Professor to Discuss Supreme Court Decisions at Forum March 4

CALDWELL, ID- Kerry Hunter, professor of politics and economics at Albertson College, will present a discussion about the role of the U.S. Supreme Court on March 4 at 11:30 a.m. in the third floor Board Room in Sterry Hall on the Albertson College campus. The public is invited, and admission is free.
The lecture, entitled 'Preserving America's Myths: The Essential Role of the U.S. Supreme Court,' will examine the Supreme Court decisions in Roe v. Wade and Bush v. Gore and show how in both cases the Supreme Court failed to meet its essential responsibility of promoting the power of American political myths.
The lecture is part of Albertson College's spring faculty forum series and is sponsored, in part, by the National Endowment for the Humanities.
