CALDWELL – The International Student Organization is hosting the annual International Food Festival on Friday, Nov. 6 at 5:30 p.m. in the Simplot Fireside Room. It's free for those with a C of I ID card and children under 12. Cost is $5 for the public.
Samples of many different foods prepared by the College's international students will be available, including foods from Belarus, Bosnia, Brazil, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Maldives, Nepal, Peru, Tajikistan, Thailand and Venezuela.
Wine glasses hand-painted in different languages by ISO members will also be available.
Proceeds from the festival will go to The College of Idaho Food Bank, a student-run organization that delivers food from Bon Appétit, the college's food service provider, to low-income families in the Caldwell-Nampa area.
