Stargazers Invited to Final Public Planetarium Show
2005. 11. 30.
CALDWELL (Idaho) Don't miss your last chance to learn about the enigmatic red planet Mars as the Whittenberger Planetarium presents the last public show of the season.
The final public show of the season will be Monday December 5 at 7:30 p.m. in Boone Science Hall on the Albertson College of Idaho campus. The cost for the show is $1.00 for children ages 5-18 and $2.00 for adults. Due to limited seating, reservations are required.
Along with providing general information on the different constellations and planets visible each month, the planetarium shows will focus on Earth's planetary neighbor, Mars. Planetarium visitors will learn about the history of Mars, tips on how to find the planet in the night sky, and some of the current events taking place on its surface.
