Coming off of back-to-back appearances in the NAIA National Tournament, the bar was set extremely high for the Lady Yotes in 2010 - earning a No. 15 ranking in the Preseason NAIA Top-25 Poll.  However, despite the efforts of All-Cascade Conference selections Jody Zillner and Dani Villyard, The C of I finished with a record of 12-21, failing to qualify for the postseason for the first time in four seasons.
