C of I presidential search committee seeks applications

The College of Idaho Board of Trustees has formed a search committee to help select the College’s 14th president, and is currently reaching out to the community to help gather qualified candidates.

C of I art professor selected for art history seminar

As a graduate student, College of Idaho art professor Garth Claassen once spent a summer taking a class at Yale University, where he spent his days visiting the extensive galleries of the Yale Center for British Art. Now an art educator himself, Claassen will return to New Haven, Connecticut from July 24-28 to attend a special week-long seminar designed to provide new context to teaching European art history.

Health & Wellness Director wins national award

The College of Idaho’s commitment to proactive and preventative treatments for its students and their continued health has received national recognition from the American College Health Association. C of I Director of Health and Wellness Services Barbie Vander Boegh, RN, was selected as the 2017 recipient of the ACHA’s E. Dean Lovett Award for Exemplary Contributions to a College Health Program.
