Planetarium: Spring Equinox

Need some balance in your life?  Earth’s day and night are balanced on the first day of spring.  Learn the meaning of the equinoxes and solstices, the circumstances that bring them about, and an overview of the constellations, planets, and moon we can see in the March sky.

The cost is $3.00 for children ages 4-17 and $6 for adults.  Reservations should be purchased in advance at https://www.collegeofidaho.edu/about/campus-facilities/planetarium. Questions regarding the purchase of tickets should be directed to [email protected] or to Vanessa at 459-5507.  This show is more suited for late elementary grades to adults.

The planetarium is located in Boone Science Building near Jewett Auditorium at the corner of 20th Ave. and Fillmore St. in Caldwell.
