The Campus Safety Department is pleased to announce upcoming classes for ongoing safety concerns. These classes are being held over the lunch hour so that the campus community can come as they are able. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch or purchase lunch at the cafeteria and join in.
"Refuse to be a Victim" teaches methods for students and staff members to improve their personal safety. The aim of this 30-45 minute clas is to provide you with knowledge and strategies to help you avoid being a victim of crim.
This class will be held at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 6 and again at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21. Instructors for these classes will be Cpl. Daryl Flennoy and Lt. Ben Mosley.
