The Museum IS on TV!
Joan Cartan-Hansen and photographers from Idaho Public Television spent the day of August 20 at the Museum interviewing Museum Director, William H. Clark, and Curator of Coleoptera, Dr. Alan Gillogly. Clark and Gillogly answered about 40 questions about insects submitted by local grade school students. After the interviews, the IPT crew spent time filming insect specimens taking more pictures of the entomology and exhibit areas of the Museum.
The film is scheduled to air on Idaho Public Television's Science Trek program on Tuesday, October 20, at 2 pm, and will be placed on the program's web site (idahoptv.sciencetrek) at the same time. The Museum will also receive a copy of the program on DVD. (Click here for information on how to watch Idaho Public TV in your area.)
