The campus is an ideal location for weddings, conferences, meetings, retreats, holiday parties, class reunions, as well as company parties and picnics. The College of Idaho and the Department of Special Events & Conferences Services are proud to play host to community events of all types and sizes.

The College is proud to work exclusively with Bon Appétit Management Company to provide only the best in customizable catering services on every scale. We also are able to offer some audio-visual and equipment rentals dependent on availability. Standard room rental rates are for personal and business use.  Non-profit, educational groups, and alumni receive a 30% room rental discount on most campus facilities.
