Requirements
We look at every application and consider all of your academic and extracurricular achievements — not just your GPA or test scores. In fact, we have a standardized test-optional admission process, which means you don't have to submit ACT or SAT scores when you apply here.
Factors We Consider
There are no minimum scores or grades. However, these are the factors we look at when making admissions decisions:
- Overall high school academic record
- Recommendation letters
- Co-curricular activities
- Community involvement
- Writing ability
- Other achievements
- Any advanced placement (AP) or international baccalaureate (IB) credits

Admitted students who decide to join the YoteFam and submit an enrollment deposit of $300 on or before May 1 are guaranteed a place in the class. This deposit will go towards your tuition.
Financial aid is awarded after your acceptance to The College of Idaho, and housing and classes are assigned after acceptance and receipt of the enrollment deposit.
