The College of Idaho's YOTE Work Program is an opportunity for you to not only obtain funding to support your college career but also to gain valuable hands-on experience under the careful supervision of an experienced professional and a chance to build your resume and network.

At The College, a work program position is funded either through federal work-study funds, state work-study funds, institutional work-study funds, departmental funding, or grant funding.  Whether you are managing our Outdoor Program’s Rental Shop, helping to solve food insecurity by running our Food Pantry, overseeing our residence halls, operating as the first point of triage on our IT Help Desk or acting as ambassadors of The College by welcoming visitors and handling in-person/virtual campus visits – The College aims to provide you with the opportunity to embrace autonomy and develop management and leadership skills.

As a YOTE Work Program position can help build your professional skills and profile and show you different career paths that you had not previously considered, start exploring opportunities today!
