At The College, a work program position is funded either through federal work-study funds, state work-study funds, institutional work-study funds, departmental funding, or grant funding. Whether you are managing our Outdoor Program’s Rental Shop, helping to solve food insecurity by running our Food Pantry, overseeing our residence halls, operating as the first point of triage on our IT Help Desk or acting as ambassadors of The College by welcoming visitors and handling in-person/virtual campus visits – The College aims to provide you with the opportunity to embrace autonomy and develop management and leadership skills.
