Our IT office, in Covell Hall, is open for appointments and walk-in help. An appointment will reduce your wait time and are always appreciated.  Please email helpdesk@collegeofidaho.edu or call 208-459-5777 for an appointment. For walk-in help, please note that our Walk-In Office Hours are noon-4pm MT.

IT Services & Policies

IT staff supports students, faculty and staff with assistance for connectivity, learning tools like Outlook, Microsoft 365 or Canvas, printing, College-provided computer labs, central purchasing for all hardware and software and other general IT help requests. IT cannot support software, mobile devices, gaming platforms or computers not provided by the College, but we can recommend a local computer repair provider.

Information Security

IT administers the College’s information security program. The success of the program depends on everyone being responsible for information security according to their College role, and the information they are allowed to access and use.
