The College of Idaho’s Title IX Team plays an important role at The College protecting students and employees from sex-based discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, and unlawful retaliation. Each academic year, The College’s Title IX Coordinator identifies members of The College’s faculty and staff from a cross-section of departments and disciplines to serve on the Title IX Team as investigators, facilitators of informal resolution, conduct officers, hearing officers and appeal officers. The Title IX Team undergoes extensive training and works closely with The College’s Department of Student Affairs, Department of Athletics and Student Advocates to provide additional training for students during orientation and throughout the year.
Pursuant to the 2020 Title IX Regulations, specifically 34 CFR Part 106.45(b)(10), The College is required to publicly share materials used to train The College’s Title IX Team as well as maintain all such materials for seven years. As such, each year’s training materials are posted below, and as additional training is completed by Title IX Team members, those materials will be added to this page throughout the year:
