Dr. Sara Swenson Instructional Designer of Doctor Medical Science Program

With over a decade of experience as an instructional designer and educator, I specialize in the design and development of engaging learning experiences and course content. I strive to create innovate and personalized educational experiences that cater to diverse learning needs and preferences. As a strong collaborator with a keen eye for detail, I am dedicated to fostering a positive and impactful learning environment at The College of Idaho.

Sara Swenson is an instructional designer with the DMSc program at The College of Idaho.  She has a PhD in educational psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master of Education in higher education administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.  She has worked as an educator and instructional designer for over a decade at various universities and corporations.  Dr. Swenson's work is focused on designing courses with an engaging student learning experience in mind.
