One Saturday every month we hold a Museum Workday. Members of the public are invited to visit the Museum and work with our staff on a variety of projects. There's something to interest everyone!
Every workday, members of the public are also invited to attend a free lunchtime research seminar. Lunch is not provided, but attendees are welcome to bring their own food. Seminars are held in Boone Hall, the same building housing the Museum. Rooms vary, so please check at the Museum. We break from noon to 1:30 to attend the seminar, so you should arrive early to make sure you can find us first.
Workdays are normally the first Saturday of each month but are moved to the second Saturday if the first Saturday falls on a holiday weekend. Click here to find a complete list of the scheduled work-day seminars for 2021. Please note that, until further notice, these presentations will be done virtually and not in-person at Boone Hall.
Contact Bill Clark if you would like to volunteer.
