College Encourages COVID Vaccination

May 20, 2021

The College of Idaho is encouraging all of its student body (and incoming students) to get vaccinated against COVID-19 as soon as possible, which would enable the advancement to Phase 6 of the College’s reopening plan by the fall semester – a return to in-person learning, residency and campus events.

To incentivize students to get vaccinated as soon as possible, there are several great prizes that will be offered. All students who provide proof of full vaccination to the Wellness Center by July 15, 2021, will automatically receive a $10 off coupon that can be used at the College Store, and will be entered into a drawing for 10 additional prizes. This is open to all students, including the incoming first-year class. Click here to see the list of prizes.

2019 Distinguished Alumni Award winner Brandi Limbago ’94, a scientist at the CDC, has this important message about vaccinations to all students at the College:

Please contact the Health and Wellness Center for any assistance in locating vaccination sites near campus or elsewhere.
