College of Idaho Leaders Recognized on the 2025 Idaho 500 List
The College of Idaho is proud to celebrate five members of our community recognized on the 2025 Idaho Business Review Idaho 500 list — a statewide honor highlighting Idaho’s most influential leaders.
Latonia Haney Keith (Education) – As Dean of Graduate Studies & VP of Strategic Initiatives for The College of Idaho, Latonia has championed student success, diversity, and access to higher education. Her leadership has fostered innovative academic programs and strengthened the College’s commitment to inclusion and community engagement.
David Douglass (Education) – As President of The College of Idaho, David has guided the College’s strategic growth and initiatives, helping expand opportunities for students, faculty, and the wider community. His vision and leadership have played a key role in advancing the College’s mission and impact.
Doug Brigham (Education) – As CEO, Doug has guided the College through years of record growth and financial stability. His leadership in strategic planning, athletics, and community partnerships has expanded opportunities for students statewide.
Reagan Rossi (Sports) – Vice President of Athletics, Reagan has elevated Yote Athletics to new levels of success — overseeing championship programs, student-athlete development, and the continued rise of C of I as a powerhouse in the Cascade Conference.
Jim Everett (Education) – Recognized for his long-standing contributions to education in Idaho, Jim Everett has been instrumental in advancing academic programs and mentoring future leaders. His dedication to excellence reflects the College’s commitment to developing talent and serving the community.
