Spring 2021

BILLS

SB 2102: Amending ASCI Code Sections 120, 207, 208, 209, 215, 220, 502, 508, 510, 607, 1008, 1202, 1208, 1305, 1306, and 1402 to remove all instances of gendered language and replace them with gender-neutral terms.  PASSED

SB 2103: Amending Article III (12, 17, 18), Article IV (5, 9, 10), and Article V (4, 6) of the ASCI Constitution to remove all instances of gendered language and replace them with gender-neutral terms.  PASSED

SO 2116:  Allocating $360 to the MCAT Club for purchase of AAMC Official MCAT preparation materials by February 12.  PASSED

SO 2117:  Allocating $647.40 to the Stocks & Investing Club for their TradingView Premium membership by February 18.  PASSED

SO 2018:  Allocating $981.86 for the Chico Boutique club to purchase equipment needed to accommodate previously-stored items and equipment requested by student visitors. PASSED

SO 2019:  Allocating $99.80 to Community Relations Committee for the Spread the Love event. PASSED

SO 2122:  Allocating $1,600 for the TERRA Club for training on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals this spring.  PASSED

Amending Sections 502 and 507 of the ASCI Code to update the responsibilities of the Senate Organizations and Outreach Committee. PASSED

SB 2011: A BILL
Amending Section VII (Executive Council) of ASCI code to add code subsection 711 (Appointed Executive Officers). PASSED

SB 2012: A BILL
Amending ASCI Code Sections 306, 506, 507, IX, and 901-905 to lay out the responsibilities of the Sustainability Council and to include annual salaries for two Sustainability Steward positions. IN PROGRESS

Winter 2020
