Ali Rabe
  • Alum and Trustee Ali Rabe '10 has been elected to the Idaho State Senate in District 17. She will take office in December. Rabe is extremely active in the community, adding this to her long list of involvement, which includes serving as executive director of the non-profit Jesse Tree, which battles homelessness and eviction in the Boise area, (Ballotpedia)
  • Julie Yamamoto '86 was victorious on election night as well, earning a seat in the Idaho State House of Representatives, representing District 10A. (Ballotpedia)
  • Samantha Guerrero '17 was also elected to the Board of Trustees for the College of Western Idaho, a community college in Nampa. (Idaho Statesman)
Jill Twedt
  • Another alum who serves on the College's Board of Trustees, Jill Twedt '01, has been promoted to senior vice president at Boise Cascade. She's the vice-chair of the College Board and has been with Boise Cascade since 2007, first as senior counsel before being promoted to general counsel in 2019. (Business Wire)
College of Idaho golf
  • For the first time since March, athletic activities returned to the College. The golf program was set to host events at Crane Creek Country Club in Boise but the weather kept it all from getting played. The men's team did get in one match-play event against Lewis-Clark State College with junior Peyton Fleming winning his match. (Coyote Athletics)
