President Charlotte Borst announces her plans to step down as president of The College of Idaho to pursue new opportunities. Former C of I president Dr. Bob Hoover will assume the role of Interim President.

Just before noon on August 21, 2017, the sky began to darken. A drop in temperature accompanied the suddenly dimmed natural light. As the shadows turned closer to darkness, the lamps on The College of Idaho’s campus began to turn on automatically, shining as bright as they would on any summer evening, despite it being the middle of the day.

C of I prepares for 2017 Welcome Week

The long, hot summer is coming to an end on The College of Idaho’s campus. In a matter of days, new students from all over the world will pour into the Morrison Quadrangle, ready to take their first steps as the Class of 2021. But before they get to work in the classroom, the first-year students will enjoy the traditional festivities of Welcome Week.

C of I to become smoke-free campus this year

After years of planning and partnership between both students and the administration, The College of Idaho will begin its new smoke-free policy starting this fall, eliminating tobacco usage completely from its campus.
